Refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

• The product has been used• The product was damaged due to customer misuse• The refund request is made after 7 days

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
